To view information on your pet's current Care Plan, or if you would like to enroll an additional pet on a plan, please first log in using the member login below and then add additional pets through your private pet portal. This will ensure your pet family is linked together. Simply select a plan, enroll and a team member will reach out to set up your pet's wellness visit.

Preventive care is vital for the overall health for your pet. Providing the needed vaccinations, exams and tests ensure your pet's health and greatly increase the chances of finding any potential issues early for better outcomes and lower costs. Enrolling is easy! Just pick out the best plan for your pet and have your credit card handy. Follow the prompts, filling out your contact & payment info + your pet’s details. After you submit your form to our secure portal, your card will be charged, and a member of our staff will call you to schedule a wellness exam for your pet. - The Wellness Status App button allows you to open the quick google search to check pet status, view the travel sheet and see if they are in good standing (Billing).

- If they already have a pet on a plan and want to pre-enroll an additional pet, they will need log in here first - this is called out in the copy. This allows the pets to be linked as a family.

- The visitor can click and view the different plan types and see the specific information and price for that plan.
- The copy and pricing of the plans are tied to the system, so changes made in the system are automatically reflected here.
- When a pet owner completes a pre-enrollment, the practice is alerted by email and the pre-enrollment shows up on the home screen showing you have an online application.
